Ingredients
- 1 lb. of Longhorn Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite cooking oil
- 1-2 slices of your favorite cheese
- Serve hot so cheese can melt
Instructions
- Add the beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break the meat apart with a wooden spoon into little bits. Cook the meat for about 6-8 minutes or until the beef is cooked throughout.
- Add hot meat into a bowl and add the cheese of your choice on top quickly so the cheese melts fully or place in a microwave for 15 seconds.
