Iron Rock Ranch Longhorn Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of Longhorn Ground Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite cooking oil
  • 1-2 slices of your favorite cheese
  • Serve hot so cheese can melt
 

Instructions

  • Add the beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break the meat apart with a wooden spoon into little bits.  Cook the meat for about 6-8 minutes or until the beef is cooked throughout.
  • Add hot meat into a bowl and add the cheese of your choice on top quickly so the cheese melts fully or place in a microwave for 15 seconds. 
  • You can also make many other dishes such as tacos, spagities, nachos, salades, eggs, hamburger helpers, bean & rice bowls, and endless possibilities.
